Spore Bomb

You conjure and hurl a ball of toxic mushroom spores at a
point of your choice you can see within range, where it
bursts into a 15-foot radius cloud. The area of the cloud is
heavily obscured, and when a creature enters the cloud for
the first time on its turn, or starts its turn there, it must
succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take 2d10
necrotic damage, 2d10 poison damage, and be poisoned
until the start of its next turn. On a successful save, a
creature takes half as much damage and is not poisoned. A
strong wind of 10 miles per hour or more can disperse the
cloud early.
At higher levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot
of 5th level or higher, you throw an additional bomb for
every 2 slot levels above 3rd (+1 at 5th, +2 at 7th, +3 at
9th).
