Properties Explained

Blade Saint. This weapon deals damage equal to twice your prof and ability score. Needs attunement.
Finesse. You can use Dexterity as the modifier for this weapon.
Parry. As a reaction, gain 1 AC for 1 incoming attack that you can see.
Reach. Range is extended by 5ft.
Versatile(+2): Can be 2-handed to increase damage by +2.

DM Note: Recommend calculating damage upon attunment and each time you level up. At level 7 it should be around 14(1h)/16(2h)
