This spell will fail to cast unless it is performed as a ritual. You perform a ritual dance to shape and influnce the weather. Reroll the duration of a weather event that occurs in the next 24 hours and take the new result. The duration die is determenied by the DM and it can be different from area to area.

At higher levels: When cast at level 3 you may roll the duration die or dice twice and take the perfered result, at level 5 you may target two weather effects in the next 24 hours, at level 7 you may target 3 weather effects, at level 9 you may select the duration the selected weather effects last
