On a failed save, a target takes 4d10 psychic damage and has disadvantage on attack rolls and saving throws until the end of its next turn, as the target’s own doubts about its abilities whisper through its mind. On a successful save, a target takes half the damage and doesn’t have disadvantage on attack rolls and saving throws.
